To everyone:
Thank you for the birthday wishes!!! It made me feel appreciated!
This
year's birthday was a hell of a lot better than last years...I was at
warrior week during basic training during my birthday.
Anywho,
Today I went to lunch with Jen, Lys, and a few buddies of mine: James,
Sophia, Neal, Monu, and Adela. Although it took an hour and a half to
eat at Fuji's, the wait was worth it. Catching up with my friends
during the wait, then stuffing myself with sushi was well worth it.
I
ended up at UPS Mather Gateway today because I did a Hub tour there.
Somehow, everyone knew that it was my birthday today (I think it was
myspace lol), so everyone wished me a happy birthday while I was there.
It was good going back to Mather...
After work, Jen made pancit palabok and bought a tiramisu cake..Oh man it sho was gooooooooooooooooooooooood... =)
I
can't wait for this weekend! Friday, Me, Jen, Rance, and his gf, Kacy,
are going out to Claim Jumpers to celebrate Rance and my birthday!
mmm...7 layer cake! Saturday I'm going to lunch with my family (most
likely, sushi) and we're going to see the new TMNT movie...sweet!

| Yeah..Thursday I got a gingival augmentation, or a gum graft. They made an incision in the roof of my mouth and cut out a piece of my gum tissue and placed it where my gum line was receding. Well, everything went well until today at work the blood clot that formed underneath my stitches in the roof of my mouth POPPED. It spewed blood out EVERYWHERE. I just happened to be in the employee bathroom and I got blood all over the sinks. Wonderful. I called the dentist and he told me that it was normal. I just need to re-clot the damn hole in my mouth. I ended canceling my interviews I had scheduled today and went home early to recuperate. I'm hella dizzy now...I guess I should get some bed rest for work and school tomorrow. =(

| It's official...starting tomorrow!
I received the call from the Major...I was promoted from Airman First Class to Senior Airman! Wo0t!!!! I can't wait to get them sewn on! YEAH BABY!

| I have an announcement to make... Asian people throwing up the peace symbol in pictures... IT'S SOOOOOOOO OVERRATED. From now on, i'll throw up other hand gestures like the "thumbs up" or something. that's all. =) |

| I feel like such a fatty. Depressed. Lonely. Frustrated. I resorted to eating a Western Bacon Cheeseburger, a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and fries (large) from Carl's Jr. to make my escape. I felt like I ate 2000+ calories. ick. I broke my diet...now I have to deal with the extra PT i have to do this weekend. =( However, it was good while it lasted. The fast food that is. |
